If you are a newcomer to Canada, and looking to enter the workforce with the skills many Canadian employers seek, here’s your opportunity!

From newcomers to trailblazers

The Salesforce for All program provides eligible newcomers and refugees with free skill training and opportunities to find meaningful and rewarding work in technology using Salesforce. Kick-start your career journey with hands-on workshops, soft skills training and the completion of the course: Administrative Essentials for New Admins in Lightning Experience (ADX-201).

Participants will also work with ACCES Employment to find employment and start their careers. ACCES is a non-profit charitable organization, which collaborates with 35,000+ newcomer jobseekers and 2300+ employers annually.

Program overview

This practical two-week training program brings the soft skills and the Salesforce skills together. It prepares you for a successful career path ahead ― whether on the business development side as a sales professional, or the technology development side as a Salesforce admin, consultant, builder, or architect.


Upon completion you will get to participate in a full-day job fair, meet employers hiring for Salesforce skills, and be ready to kickstart a fulfilling career with your new in-demand skills.

Week 1

Training for soft skills

Communication, Writing, Public Speaking, Interviewing, Career Development

Effectively communicate with your future employer, manager, team, and customers.

Plan your career, build your resume, and interview to land a job.

Write conversationally and make presentations like a pro.

Gain the confidence to kickstart a career in technology.

Week 2

Training for technical skills

Administrative Essentials for New Administrators in Lightning Experience (ADX-201)

Customize a Salesforce application, including page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes.

Use new Lightning features to create high-value reports and dashboards.

Understand how workflow automation complies.

Maintain and import

clean data.

Who should apply?

Newcomers and refugees to Canada, who are seeking a high-demand career in technology, particularly in the fast-growing Salesforce ecosystem and economy.

The training program is best suited to candidates with:

An interest in pursuing a career in technology

Basic to intermediate computer skills (internet surfing, managing an email account), Customer service experience and basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

A commitment to completing 2-3 days of online video e-learning in preparation for the program

Ability to attend 2 weeks of online training

English CLB +5 or higher
